Unnamed Misfit Heroes

The "Unnamed Misfit Heroes" traveling art exhibit is an awe-inspiring display of the beauty found in the most unexpected places. This exhibit features works of art that capture the essence of individuals who, for most of their lives, were misfits, struggling to fit into society. One was a woman considered unclean for a medical condition she couldn't control, while another was a man who had been chained in a graveyard for his psychotic behavior. But Christ saw them as heroes and went to the extent of sacrificing his life to show them and all of us the same. When Jesus said, "Blessed are the poor," he meant not only the financially poor but also the spiritually and socially poor, the outcasts and misfits. It is these people whom Christ desires to build His kingdom with, His clay pots that were uniquely shaped, not to look like the world, but to serve a divine purpose.
