Hey, I’m Michael.

I’m a professional pitcher turned strategic creative.

I’ve spent the last decade learning that the stories that move us deserve our most disciplined craft. I believe visual storytelling is a powerful tool that shapes human perception and behavior. My work is centered on the conviction that what we consume defines our perspective, and our perspective defines how we engage with the world.

Currently, I am a Creative Specialist at Compassion International. My work involves high-level creative strategy and execution within our global partner and influencer channels. In an age of digital noise and "AI slop," my role is to lead creative efforts for high-profile partnerships—building dignity-centered narratives that move past shallow engagement to invite people into genuine, lifelong connection.

My Leadership Philosophy

My approach to creative direction is built on five pillars of human-centered leadership:

  • Steadfastness: I prioritize consistency and dependable strength. In a fast-shifting industry, I move with integrity—maintaining steadiness when circumstances change and carrying responsibilities with patience and loyalty.

  • Wisdom: I value clarity and nuance. Before acting, I seek to see the whole picture, weighing what is meaningful and lasting. This involves being mindful of context, history, and the slow work of discernment.

  • Peacemaking: I work toward healthy relationships and restored order. I believe in honest conversation and the move toward resolution with courage and gentleness. I seek to restore clarity, stability, and dignity in every collaborative environment.

  • Imagination: I see possibility where others see constraints. Creative thinking helps me reimagine what could be, opening room for transformation and a future that exceeds current expectations.

  • Formation: I care about the development of the whole person. Professional growth is a slow process of habit and reflection. I aim to lead by example, helping teams reach their full potential through intentional rhythms and supportive leadership.
